We're looking for people with skills and experience in the following areas:
Business development and customer relationship management
The art of hiring tech talent
Basics of merchandising
Small business sales and day-to-day tasks
Accounting
Digital marketing
Storytelling and pitching

What is the HIVE Pollinator?
With support from the Center on Rural Innovation we are building Northern New Mexico’s first business incubator/accelerator.
We’re calling it the HIVE Pollinator.
What is it?
The HIVE Pollinator is an 8-12 week program for current and aspiring entrepreneurs to work on building or growing their businesses with support from the community via mentorship, opportunities for collaboration, and a custom curriculum delivered by HIVE personnel and other experts. The program includes access to all of the HIVE’s resources and collaborations, guidance from seasoned entrepreneurs and tech experts, and workshops and speaker events that cover topics relevant to building or growing a business with the help of technology.
Who is it for?
Entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs who are ready to build or grow their businesses and are looking for support and guidance through the process.
