• Developing a management plan for the programmatic aspects of a grant including timeline, key personnel, and major project activities/milestones

• Identifying critical information in a grant package to create an agenda and plan for a Grant Initiation Meeting and process monitoring.

• Creating a grant budget that aligns to project activities and personnel needed to carry out the grant
